uvex safety Australia and New Zealand is looking for someone to help shape the future of uvex.
About the role
We are seeking an individual to develop and manage the product pipeline that aligns to the strategic aims of the company to ensure profitable growth of key categories for the uvex brand. You will be responsible for identifying unmet needs of end users to create product opportunities and work with the global uvex product engineering teams to create solutions. You will also work with the local and international marketing teams to communicate these solutions to the market.
As the product owner you will be the technical specialist for the product portfolio and work with the uvex safety sales team, distributors and end users to ensure a true understanding of the products within your portfolio.
The key objective for this role is the profitable growth of the assigned product portfolio for uvex safety Australia and New Zealand. Other responsibilities include.
* Monitor, analyse and interpret end user needs and market trends
* Ensure products meet market testing, certification, and consumer law requirements
* Development of product launch plans
* Implement pricing strategies
* Prepare and give presentations as part of product and system training to customers and colleagues
