Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to provide assessment, referral, support, and information to patients, carers, and clients regarding services that require access to Australian commonwealth-funded aged care placement or alternative services.
* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role
* Aged Care Check
* AHPRA Registration
* Valid NSW Drivers Licence
