Investigations Specialist Role
This important role utilises specialist skills and knowledge in the investigation of unlawful activities on private properties throughout the Local Government Area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply Council's Compliance and Enforcement Policy to investigate reports of unlawful activity.
* Provide specialist advice to internal and external stakeholders.
* Administer Council's building fire safety and footpath awning programs.
Requirements:
* Degree qualification or advanced diploma in a relevant discipline.
* Current NSW Class C Drivers License or equivalent.
* Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation, statutes and codes.
* Experience in communicating complex issues clearly with varied audiences.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing operational plans.
* Strong team management and leadership skills.
Benefits:

* Base salary commencing at $114,375 gross per annum.
* 12% superannuation.
* Performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary.
* Annual award increase.
