Job Overview

Provide efficient and effective administration support to financial advisors, ensuring more customers, mitigating risk with segregation of duties, and supporting overall growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
* Identify and escalates potential risks that may lead to increased costs.
* Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
* Provide operational support related to activities and initiatives that contribute to overall growth and profitability.
* Conduct follow‐ups with service providers and ensure close out of relevant actions.
* Ensure first‐time resolution of customer queries or complaints.
* Take ownership of requirements and follow up on escalated queries to ensure delivery on agreed timelines and SLAs.
* Build product knowledge and customer service based on stakeholder feedback and guidance.
* Produce high‐quality work by adhering to predefined standards, procedures, compliance and governance standards.
* Complete relevant administration, reporting, and updating of information accurately and on time.
* Execute own work in accordance with organizational values and code of ethics.
* Adhere to required governance and compliance standards and escalate potential risks for investigation as required.
Qualifications
* Advisory industry knowledge.
* Ability to support a financial advisor.
* Experience working in an advisory environment.
* Ability to resolve customer queries and complaints.
* Ensuring quality and accuracy of outputs.
* NQF 6 in financial management or a relevant financial qualification.
* Three or more years of experience in a financial advisory support role or financial administration role.

* General knowledge of financial statements and financial acumen.
* Detail oriented.
* Expert negotiation and communication skills, written and verbal.
* Solid problem‐solving skills.
* Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
* Strong collaboration skills.
