About the Role

People & Culture Administrator

St Aloysius' College is seeking a highly organised and service-oriented People & Culture Administrator to join the College. This role plays a key part in ensuring the effective, professional and compliant delivery of People & Culture services, contributing to a positive and engaging staff experience aligned with the College's mission and strategic priorities.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture and working closely with the broader team, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support across the full employee lifecycle. This includes supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, preparing employment documentation, maintaining accurate HR systems and records, and assisting with compliance requirements. You will also respond to employee enquiries and contribute to the efficient and consistent delivery of core People & Culture processes across the College.

Key Selection Criteria

* Commitment to the mission of Catholic education of boys in the Jesuit tradition;
* Demonstrated administrative experience, ideally within a People & Culture, Human Resources, or similar environment;
* Experience within an educational setting is advantageous, though not essential;
* Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and respond effectively to changing demands;
* Well‐developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a range of stakeholders;
* Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new technology and systems;
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
* A genuine interest in People & Culture or Human Resources function;
* Hold or willing to obtain a valid Working With Children Clearance.
