The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world work environment whilst completing a nationally recognised qualification, Certificate III in Agriculture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake operational activities associated with the provision of agriculture, horticulture and recreational services.
* Mentorship in a supportive team environment.
* Successful completion of a Certificate level qualification – nationally recognised.
* Opportunities for skills development in equipment including varied plant operation.
Requirements:
* To be eligible and willing to undertake a Traineeship towards attaining a Certificate III in Agriculture.
* A Current Driver Licence (P1 & P2 is acceptable).
* Good communication skills both verbal and written.
* Experience working effectively in a team environment (work, school, sport).
* The ability to problem solve and take initiative with a positive can-do attitude.
* A genuine interest in building a career in your chosen area.
