We have a fantastic opportunity for you to be apart of our vibrant Southport MG & GWM Dealership as the position of Receptionist/Concierge in the Service area.
Automotive industry experience is preferred but not essential for this role.
You will interact with people both on the phone and in person providing a high level of customer service at all times.
The responsibilities of this role are varied and include:-
* Answer all incoming calls, transferring the caller to the appropriate person quickly and accurately and / or taking messages with details of the caller and nature of the call.
* Greeting visitors and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
* General administrative duties.
* This is a Full Time position with some Saturday work by agreement
The successful candidate will:-
* Have exceptional customer service skills & a can do attitude
* Be bubbly, polite, courteous and well-mannered at all times
* Be well presented, friendly, positive and punctual
* Have great organizational and time management skills
* Possess basic user level proficiency in Microsoft Office products
