At WA Psychiatry & ADHD Clinic, we provide compassionate, patient-focused mental health care. Our Karrinyup clinic is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, organised team player to help keep things running smoothly.
About the Role
This full-time role combines reception and administrative support. You'll greet patients, manage appointments, process payments, and assist our psychiatrists and admin team as part of a busy, supportive team.
What You'll Do:
* Welcome patients and manage bookings
* Handle calls, payments, and Medicare claims
* Maintain patient records and correspondence
* Support day-to-day clinic operations and multitask in a fast-paced environment
About You
You're professional, caring, and enjoy helping others. You're confident with technology, can juggle multiple tasks calmly, and work well as part of a collaborative team.
Ideally, you have:
* Experience in medical or mental health administration
* Familiarity with Xestro or similar CRM systems
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* A compassionate, patient-first attitude
* Availability between 7am–7pm (rostered shifts within this range)
* Ability to commence within the next 2 weeks
