The role is responsible for supporting the operational delivery and ongoing performance of the BallotTrack (a tracking application). The application is critical to monitoring, tracking and accounting of the ballot paper containers throughout the election period. It is also used for producing reports that ensure transparency across election operations and enable timely management of issues.

Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience.
* Experience supporting business applications or operational systems in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Experience in testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect identification and test case preparation.
* Ability to analyse and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure, particularly during critical operational periods.
