* Develop comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
* Conduct thorough workplace assessments and WHS audits to identify areas for improvement.
* Create and implement effective HSMS documentation, including policies, procedures and management plans.
* Manage contractor relationships, prequalification assessments and site visits.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate incidents and improve overall safety performance.
* Analyze data to inform safety strategies and develop high-quality reports.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on WHS matters, building strong relationships with clients.
