* Proactively sourcing and headhunting high-quality talent
* Conducting client and candidate meetings to strengthen partnerships
* Operating with accountability while receiving ongoing support and mentorship

* Proven 360 recruitment experience (agency)
* Strong stakeholder management and business development capability
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* High levels of organisation, initiative, and professionalism
