Job Overview
Principal of Go-To-Market Product Marketing, APAC, responsible for shaping and executing the regional product marketing strategy across the Asia Pacific region. This role ensures that global messaging, positioning, and go-to-market priorities are consistently applied across APAC markets while being thoughtfully adapted to local buyer needs, competitive dynamics, and varying levels of market maturity.
Responsibilities
* Own regional product messaging and positioning, ensuring global narratives are clearly and consistently adapted for APAC markets.
* Define and refine regional ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and priority market opportunities to guide go-to-market focus.
* Align regional stakeholders on product readiness, launch timing, and enablement to support successful adoption of new capabilities.
* Drive measurable pipeline impact through focused regional go-to-market execution, including plays, campaigns, and messaging aligned to priority use cases.
* Lead product storytelling for regional events, sales engagements, and customer briefings, clearly articulating differentiated product value.
* Activate regionally relevant use cases and experience-led narratives that reflect customer outcomes and market needs.
* Partner closely with regional sales, solutions consulting, and field marketing leaders to influence priorities and enable execution.
* Represent APAC market insights, customer feedback, and regional requirements to global product marketing and product teams.
* Support analyst engagement activities in the region in alignment with global analyst relations strategies.
* Travel up to 30 percent to engage with customers, sales teams, and regional events across APAC.
Qualifications
* 10 or more years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles within B2B technology or enterprise software.
* Proven experience leading regional or multi-market go-to-market initiatives within a global organization.
* Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach and the ability to drive execution.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and regional field teams.
* Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority.
* Fluency in business English is required; Japanese language skills are preferred but not mandatory.
