As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be the key to making business travel a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
The role involves advising and arranging domestic and international business travel for corporate customers. You will conduct thorough analysis and research on various travel options, anticipating traveler needs to provide exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Advising on travel options, including air, road, rail, and accommodations
* Conducting research and analysis to identify cost-effective solutions
* Arranging and booking travel itineraries
* Utilizing Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) such as Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus
* Providing training and support to enhance knowledge and skills
* Ensuring compliance with customer policies and regulatory requirements
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve high-quality service delivery
