We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Professional to join our team in preparing and cooking nutritious meals for patients, staff and events.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring food safety, complying with HACCP standards and supporting patient recovery.
Job Description:
Crafting Delicious Meals
The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and cook nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements, promoting recovery and health.
This involves maintaining food safety and quality in line with the Food Safety plan, HACCP standards and hospital policy.
Rotating Roster
The selected candidate must adhere to a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends and afternoons.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Certificate in Commercial Cooking
* Understanding of allergy management practices
* Ability to meet a wide variety of sensitive dietary requirements
* Excellent work ethic, customer service, time-management and teamwork skills
