The Opportunity
As an Aged Care Assistant, you will join a dedicated team that shares our core values: Kindness, Care, and Respect. You will work across various communities, supporting residents with their daily needs and promoting their independence and well‐being.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure their care needs are met
* Provide high‐quality daily personal care services that support residents' choice and independence
* Assist residents and the community with tasks including medical & personal support, domestic cleaning, and general admin duties
* Support residents with recreational and social activities
* Adhere to Aveo's OH&S policies and procedures and report any safety, security, and resident incidents
What You Will Bring
* Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Health Services Assistance (required)
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required)
* Current Police Check clearance (required), however Aveo can complete this for you
* Current COVID‐19 Vaccinations up to date (required)
