Job Overview
AECOM is seeking a Critical Pursuits Director, APAC to lead major bids and develop high-value client relationships across the consulting, construction/engineering or major projects environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead capture strategy across key opportunities, including win strategy development, proposal leadership and client positioning.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and partners, deepening our presence in the market.
* Champion excellence in technical leadership, commercial insight, innovation, ESG integration and digital approaches.
* Mentor and develop capture and pursuit teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion and high performance.
* Contribute to strategic business planning, market growth initiatives and enterprise-wide collaboration across regions.
Requirements:
* Relevant technical qualifications with 12+ years' experience and proven leadership in capture management, business development or technical delivery on major programs.
* Strong client engagement capabilities, including discovery, value proposition development and strategic relationship building.
* Demonstrated track record of sales production, specifically the winning of major enterprise level pursuits.
* Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience working with pursuit metrics, proposal development and commercial, legal and risk considerations.
