What Your Day Might Look Like
* Enjoy meaningful, community‐based work supporting clients in their own homes across the Ballarat region and surrounding suburbs, with availability on Monday, Thursday and Friday.
* Work independently on the road with $0.99 travel reimbursement, where no two days are the same.
* Deliver person‐centred care, supporting clients with personal care, mobility and everyday living.
* Create safe, comfortable homes while promoting dignity, choice and independence.
* Build meaningful relationships through companionship and support clients to stay connected with their community.
What You Bring
* Experience supporting aged care clients in their own homes with daily living and household tasks.
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Aged Care (with transcripts).
* Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
* Valid driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
* Comfortable travelling up to 45–60 minutes.
What You Need to Know
* Guaranteed 20 to 40 hours per fortnight, depending on availability, with the opportunity to increase after probation.
* Preferably available across weekdays, with essential availability on Monday, Thursday and Friday.
* Flexible working hours, with services scheduled between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm.
* Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and provide proof of work rights in Australia.
