This is an entry level position and will be suited for someone looking to grow their career in IT.In this role you will be responsible for providing system support to our growing franchise network across Australia.What You'll DoSystem Support – Be the first line of help for all users across the Just Better Care platform, solving everyday tech mysteries and keeping things running smoothly.User Management – Play a key role in ensuring staff have the right level of access to the tools they need.
You'll work with Virtual Desktops, Microsoft Exchange Online, and our Intranet, gaining valuable experience in how enterprise systems are managed securely and efficiently.File Management – Support the organisation by maintaining well-structured, compliant, and accessible shared files.

Knowledge of applications within a Windows based environment, including Windows Remote Desktop Services; Microsoft Office Suite Apps; Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online and PowerShell.Working knowledge of common computing hardware devices, computer networking concepts, mobile devices and VOIP phone systems.Experience in document management, maintaining document control and integrity.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking ability.What We OfferA fantastic location – Our office is right in beautiful Manly on Sydney's Northern Beaches (no onsite parking, but plenty of transport options and coffee spots nearby).
