Our client, a leading organisation in their sector, is seeking a Finance Business Partner / Admin Manager to play a pivotal role in driving commercial and operational excellence. This is a dynamic, high-impact role supporting a project already underway and influencing multiple areas of the business.
About the Role
This is more than just numbers — it's about owning the financial and administrative backbone of a major rollout project. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll support operations, product planning, and contract management with financial insight and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a Finance Champion – play a pivotal role in driving commercial and operational excellence.
* Oversee administrative operations as the business transitions from traditional bookkeeping into structured admin and finance management
* Drive contract administration with a focus on commercial acumen
* Engage in project accounting (no current systems in place – your leadership will be vital)
* Collaborate across teams on operational planning, BOMs, estimations, and vendor engagement
* Contribute to ERP development (Green Tree - MYOB) and help guide the selection or improvement process
* Influence broader business functions and integrate finance and admin into core business planning
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Admin Manager, or Senior Bookkeeper with commercial oversight
* Strong understanding of contract administration and project support
* Familiarity with Green Tree / MYOB, and ideally, ERP rollout or project implementation exposure
* Hands-on approach with the confidence to build new processes from the ground up
* Comfortable engaging vendors and supporting the go-to-market rollout
* Excellent communication and influencing skills across non-financial stakeholders
