Convenient locations plus new technology enable a seamless recycling experience both at fully staffed depots and Express collection points.
As Casual Depot Assistant you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with sorting their recyclable products and providing them with the correct refund.
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service to our customers.
* Sort recyclable items into their correct categories.
* Transport items to the relevant storage area, possibly via forklift or manual handling.
* Ensure customers are welcomed and assisted with their recycling products to inspire return customers.
* Ensure staff adhere to all health and safety procedures and highlight any hazards, faults, or risks.
* Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
* Ensure that staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
* Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience.
* Great \"can do\" attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactions.
