Monadelphous is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to join our Engineering Construction division, supporting the delivery of a Battery Energy Storage System construction project in the Pilbara. This is a key site role responsible for supporting E&I construction activities across the project, working to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. Position commences mid-June, flights provided from all major Australian capital cities.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to the workforce personnel
* Actively monitor work practices and coach employees to ensure adherence to correct HSE policies and procedures
* Review performance and manage any performance issues as per Monadelphous procedures
* Communicate with client representatives to inform them on the progress of the project and resolve any issues
* Plan and organise work to meet the projects requirements and promote productivity
* Adhere to all site rules and inspire crew to work safely and efficiently
* Coordinate & Delegate work to your crew
What you'll bring
* An Electrical trade qualification
* Current WA Electrical Licence
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence
* A customer-centric mindset and strong value of safety
* Proven leadership capabilities developing and leading a cohesive and high-performance team
* An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations
* Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality work

* Proof of right to work in Australia
* Experience on a Rio Tinto project highly desirable but not essential
