Job Title: Part-Time Tourism Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Tourism Officer. This role will involve providing exceptional service to visitors at the Cloncurry Unearthed Visitor Information Centre, assisting with tourist information, accommodation referrals, and local attractions.
As a Part-Time Tourism Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing souvenir and merchandise sales, including cash handling. You will also work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine interest in tourism and the local history of Cloncurry
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organisational and time management skills
Mandatory qualifications include a current Open Manual C Class Australian Drivers Licence and the ability to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
