You will be managing the Sales and Marketing teams in this exciting, niche industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic sales experience: The ability to identify and convert opportunities, discover gaps in the market and develop new service offerings.
- Lead by example, train, mentor and develop your team to ensure their success using proven metrics.
- Recruit and onboard additional sales and marketing professionals as the business continues to grow.
- Ability to analyse sales data and strategically delegate leads to team members.
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage sales and marketing reporting and meet regularly with the Director to report on progress.
- The ability to develop visit schedules that includes metropolitan and regional clientele.
- Sound knowledge of Australian geography and the flexibility to travel as required. There is potential to expand overseas for the right candidate.
- Proven track record in achieving deadlines and revenue targets.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with diverse industry stakeholders.
- Plan and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling marketing materials, digital ads, and video content that align with brand messaging.
- Oversee digital marketing performance, including SEO, SEM, and social media analytics to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
- Drive brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring messaging aligns with company values and tone.
- Research market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and new service offerings.
