About the Role
As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the service while leading and mentoring a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education. You will work closely with a supportive leadership team and have the opportunity to make a genuine impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the centre
* Lead, mentor, and support educators and staff
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
* Ensure compliance with the NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
* Support occupancy growth and centre enrolments
* Maintain high-quality educational programs and practices
* Recruit, onboard, and develop your team
What We’re Looking For
* Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Previous experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director in an early childhood settingStrong leadership and communication skills
* Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Protection requirements
* A passion for creating high-quality learning environments
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with families and staff
* Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
