About the Centre
* 118‐place long day care service
* Cater for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years

Your Role
* Support Lead Educators in delivering engaging, high‐quality programs
* Provide active supervision to ensure children's safety and wellbeing at all times
* Contribute to planning experiences that support each child's development
* Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Prepare and maintain safe, clean and stimulating learning environments
* Respond to the social, emotional and physical needs of every child

* Identify and respond to risks to child safety
* Follow strict policies and procedures around mandatory reporting and duty of care

About You
* A strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice
* Sound knowledge of the Child Safe Standards and safeguarding responsibilities
* A collaborative, positive team mindset
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* Awareness of current early learning frameworks and trends
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
* Valid Working with Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Completion of mandatory reporting training
* Food Safety & Handling Certificate
* HLTAID012 – First Aid in an education setting
* Full working rights in Australia
* Up‐to‐date COVID‐19 vaccinations (3 doses)
