Our Outpatient Administration/Scheduling Team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the Outpatient Services Day Rehab Hub at The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre.

The centre offers a friendly and supportive staff environment, with our established multi‐disciplinary team servicing both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs.
Key responsibilities
* Schedule outpatient appointments following a meticulous checklist to ensure accuracy.
* Manage a busy reception desk where required.
* Answer and direct calls and prepare admission paperwork.
* Follow up on requests and make reminder calls for visits.
* Maintain accurate and effective record‐management systems, including preparation of medical records.
* Manage the collection of excesses/co‐payments.
* Coordinate with staff from other departments.
* Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry.
* Open to cross‐training in all areas of the Day Rehab Hub, inclusive of Pain Management Program and Rehab at Home scheduling.
Essential qualifications and skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
* Works well independently and within a team.
* Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
* WebPas Hospital system experience (desired).

Staff in patient contact roles will be required to provide proof of immunity to specified infectious diseases as a Category A Healthcare worker.
