As a Senior HR Operations Officer, you will manage the HR Establishment process in SAP as well as undertake all Pay Run related activities on a weekly basis, working with a team of passionate Payroll professionals to deliver HR operations related services to the department. * Supporting the team leader by contributing to operational planning and performance measures, including collating and preparing reports, documents and correspondence to customers, clients, management and staff.
* Managing workloads and tasks, implementing internal controls, reviewing processing and service standards and developing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, performing and reporting test results.
* Researching, investigating and analysing human resource management and payroll processing issues and recommending effective solutions to support payroll and establishment activities.
* Maintaining relevant human resource and payroll related policies, entitlements, procedures and business process currency, while understanding our clients' business.
* Effectively communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and support the implementation of business improvement opportunities, and to optimise human resource, payroll and establishment services, processes and systems.
