Job Title: Field Services Technician
About the Role
This role involves providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients. As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' computer systems and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have experience with computer hardware, customer service, and field service skills. You should be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
* Servicing Equipment: Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, peripherals, and collaboration tools.
* Wintel Networking Support: Troubleshoot Wintel networking, storage, and audio/visual systems.
* On-site Activities: Perform asset audits, reboots, device swaps, and environmental checks.
* Technical Support: Provide first- and second-line support for operating systems, office software, email, and internet issues.
Please note that weekend and public holiday support may be required.
