Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, sheet pans, pots, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods.
* Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
* Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
* Clean and maintain grease trap regularly.
* Clean the production area and other assigned spaces, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing equipment.
* Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by manager or chef, such as cleaning stairs, sinks, bathrooms, mirrors, toilet seats, floors, trashcans, and walls.
* Manage inventory of toilet supplies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Wash and sanitize equipment and utensils using dishwasher machine or by hand if necessary.
* Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
* Organize and label all produce deliveries (dairy, flour, etc.).
* Deep clean equipment, ovens, floors, counters, freezers, and refrigerators.
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
* Ability to work as part of a team and maintain personal cleanliness.
* Basic food handling, preparation, and cleaning skills are welcomed.
* Time management and ability to work under pressure to manage high volume of production.
* Ability to communicate and understand direction in English to ensure safety in the workplace.
* Reading and speaking comprehension skills.
* Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
