The Opportunity
Join a supportive, process-driven team as a Conveyancing Paralegal. You'll manage your own files end-to-end with supervision available as needed, working closely with lawyers and stakeholders to deliver smooth, on-time settlements.
Day-to-day, you will:
* Run residential conveyancing files from contract to post-settlement (sales & purchases; houses, townhouses, apartments, off-the-plan and house & land).
* Review contracts and special conditions; prepare correspondence, settlement statements and adjustments.
* Order and review searches; liaise with clients, agents, brokers, and banks.
* Prepare transfer duty/OSR forms and coordinate PEXA/e-settlements.
* Track key dates (finance, B&P, cooling-off, settlement) and maintain accurate file notes and checklists.
* Identify issues early, escalate where needed, and keep clients updated with clear, timely communication.
About You
* Minimum 2 years' conveyancing experience.
* Confident with PEXA and legal practice management systems.
* Strong attention to detail, time management and stakeholder communication.
* Calm under deadlines with a genuine client-service mindset and team spirit.
