Technical Sales Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in the ANZ region.
This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales plans for excitation systems, products, and services across the ANZ region.
* Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, support market penetration initiatives, and ensure annual sales targets are met.
* Technical Consultation: Interpret customer needs, analyze competitor offerings, and develop technically suitable, cost-effective solutions.
* Solution Selling: Promote service agreements, upgrades, and system installations to new and existing customers.
* Customer Engagement: Travel to customer sites (40–50%) across Australia and New Zealand to build relationships and support ongoing projects.
* Offer Preparation: Support the preparation and delivery of strategic proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation.
* Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, service delivery, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of the sales plan.
