Responsibilities
* Provide professional pet aftercare services with compassion and empathy
* Manage client enquiries across various platforms
* Coordinate information between client care, preparation, operation, and cremation teams for smooth service delivery
* Assist clients during viewings and collection of ashes with professional and empathy
* Prepare client viewing rooms and ensure its up to high standards
* Manage client payments across multiple platforms
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information
Qualifications
* Exceptional customer service skills, you are an effective and clear communicator
* Strong organisation skills and thrive in a clean and tidy environment
* An ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner as and when required
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at a fast-paced environment
* Looking for professionals with exceptional resilience and learning capabilities
