As a Fleet Manager you will ensure that all day to day client requirements are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
This role will also work alongside Business Development Managers to ensure a seamless transition of new clients.
Key Accountabilities.

Ensure that all day to day client enquiries are answered effectively and in a timely manner.
Ensuring client reporting activities and client KPI's are met Ensure reviews of all customers are completed and seek opportunities to maximise renewal business and organic growth Ensure timely quote turn-around and each client is followed up for outcome Assist the team to resolve any problems or issues raised by direct customers and prospects accurately and on time.
Escalate and follow through to resolution any significant issues.
Experience and Skills.
.
Previous experience in a Customer Service or Sales role.
Solid knowledge of fleet management and finance principles Experience in handling complex enquiries Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills Who we are.
