About The Role
Operating within Workforce Systems Data Governance & Reporting, the Manager, Workforce Systems Data Governance & Reporting is responsible for providing leadership in people data governance and enterprise workforce reporting ensuring that Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Payroll platforms produce accurate, consistent, secure and decision ready workforce information for ACU. Reporting to the Associate Director, Workforce Systems, this position holds core accountability of ensuring that data governance requirements are embedded into the HRIS systems so that data quality, consistency and compliance are achieved through system design, rules and reporting structures rather than implementing corrections. Leading a specialist reporting and data governance team the Manager, Workforce Systems Data Governance & Reporting provides authoritative advice to People & Capability, HR, Payroll, Talent Management and IT teams as well as senior leaders, university stakeholders and external providers to support operational management, strategic and executive decision making, statutory reporting and assurance within a complex HRIS ecosystem where the systems are the authoritative source of workforce data.

* Total remuneration valued to $160,162 - $170,900 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $135,360 - $144,538 (pro rata) pa (HEW 9), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

* Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
