The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and passionate teacher for Media Arts and Photography, with flexibility to deliver a variety of offerings across the Arts learning area. You would have the opportunity to shape creative curriculum pathways that offer students relevant and engaging learning experiences from Year 7 - 12. The capacity to deliver certificate qualifications is highly valued. As an Arts teacher, you would deliver a differentiated curriculum that promotes the achievement of all students to reach their potential.
Responsibilities include:
* Facilitating engaging lessons across Media Arts and Photography for Years 7-12.
* Designing and implementing a differentiated curriculum aligned to standards.
* Delivering certificate qualification outcomes when applicable.
* Fostering positive relationships with students, staff and families.
* Engaging in reflective practice and whole‐school pedagogical approaches.
* Managing classrooms effectively and promoting an active, positive learning environment.

Eligibility
* Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* Apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start.
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
