HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR


Human Resources

Permanent Part Time, up to 48 hours per fortnight

Managers & Administrative Officers Grade 3 (HS3) - $37.67 per hour

(Junior rates apply to employees aged under 19 years)

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Advisor to join our dedicated People & Culture team. In this dynamic role, you'll support the Human Resources Manager in delivering a wide range of HR services, including recruitment and selection, policy development and interpretation, reporting, training, and project support. You'll also play a key role in coordinating the workflow of the HR Administration Team to ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery of HR processes and outputs.

As a trusted advisor, you'll provide expert guidance to managers and staff on employment matters, enterprise agreement interpretation, and workplace legislation. You'll contribute to policy updates, support recruitment and onboarding activities, develop and deliver training, and assist in the development of HR initiatives that strengthen engagement and performance across the organisation.

Our preferred candidate will have:

* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience in any (or all) of the following HR specialisations:

* Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding

* Project Management
* Policy writing
* Experience in Award/Enterprise Agreement interpretation.
* Broad computer skills, with the confidence and ability to pick up the usage of a range of applications.

The following experience/qualifications would be considered advantageous:

* Previous experience within a hospital, health care environment or Victorian Public Sector.
* Knowledge of privacy legislation and document control.

IMPORTANT:Some roles in the healthcare sector are required to be vaccinated annually for Influenza (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) will be required to be provided prior to commencement.
