Description An exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Broker Assistant / Parabroker to join a growing team based in Parramatta. Working closely with the founder, you will support the full loan process from application through to settlement across a range of lending products. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with clients, lenders and stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail and compliance standards. Responsibilities:
* Preparing and managing loan applications end-to-end
* Liaising with banks, lenders, solicitors and clients throughout the process
* Managing valuations, pricing requests and supporting documentation
* Ensuring files are accurate, compliant and submitted with minimal rework
* Assisting with customer communication and ongoing pipeline management
* Supporting the broker with administrative and operational tasks
Profile
* Previous experience within mortgage broking, banking, lending or financial services
* Strong attention to detail and high level of organisation
* Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously
* Understanding of compliance and risk within lending environments
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking highly regarded
* Strong communication skills and a client-first approach
