Job Overview
The primary objective of this Architectural Sales Representative role is to generate specifications and establish strong relationships with architects, designers, and facilities managers in order to drive sales for a manufactured range of portioning systems, cubicles, and washroom accessories.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Generating product specifications and conducting sales activities with architects, designers, and facilities managers.
* Building and maintaining existing relationships with wholesalers/distribution partners.
Achieving Success: This individual will be expected to consistently meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Qualifications:
* A proven track record in specification (A&D) field sales.
* Prior experience selling related products such as visual display products, cubicles, bathroom cubicles, washrooms, panels, bathroom panels, washroom accessories, duct panels, lockers, benches, door hardware, ironmongery, laminates, worktops, decorative surfaces, and durable surfaces.
* The ability to quickly adapt to new situations and hit the ground running with energy, passion, and enthusiasm to succeed in a competitive market.
Benefits & Compensation:
* Salary: A$100,000 - A$120,000.
* Commission: $15,000 per annum based on performance.
* Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package including travel expenses, mileage allowance, and full comprehensive benefits coverage.
