Senior Consultant (SharePoint)
The Senior Consultant (SharePoint) role requires the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Project Management Office (PMO) and SharePoint environment.
This includes ensuring the platform supports secure collaboration, document management, workflow automation, and compliance with digital and governance standards.
As the owner of the Program Delivery Management System (PDMS), the Senior Consultant (SharePoint) supports the digital maturity of the PMO and enables effective program delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Designing, implementing, and managing the SharePoint architecture aligned with the PMO Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
* Establishing governance frameworks, providing user support and training, leading data management initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams.
* Supporting the development of a robust SharePoint strategy that aligns with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SharePoint Online architecture, administration, and governance, with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools. They should be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly training and guidance materials for diverse audiences.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
