Purpose
To train customers in the use of our software products within their working environment, configure the systems to meet the customers' requirements, provide training to optimise software use and understand its full capability, and to learn and train on all new products as they become available.
What You'll Do
* Setup new customer databases and conduct remote installations as required.
* Understand the functionality of all company products including EXACT, Dentally Plus, online booking, Examine Pro, and Clinipad.
* Provide training to practices on purchased software; hardware‐related queries will be handled by the support helpdesk.
* Ensure the practice understands our support processes for the post‐training period.
NOTE – This position has a high component of travel.
Additional Responsibilities
* Attend and demonstrate at industry shows as requested.
* Attend HSO user days.
* Accurately fill out trainer utilisation reports and submit to TL each month.
* Complete onsite documentation and deliver it to the client via CRM online survey; monitor feedback.
* Maintain an up‐to‐date training calendar.
* Work office days preparing or updating training documentation, assisting customers on the support help desk, or supporting the FIT team as required.
* Participate in the development and deployment of e‐learning content as required.
Qualifications
Experience
* Training experience or a training qualification.
* Dental experience is an advantage.
* Previous experience working away from home as a sole representative of a company is advantageous.
Education
* Tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
* Excel, Word and CRM skills essential.
* At least 5 years work experience within a business environment.
* Highly efficient and excellent planning & organisational ability.
* Proactive approach to work tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, both with external customers and internal teams.
* Proven attention to detail and processes essential.
* Knowledge of the healthcare market, particularly dentistry, would be helpful.
* E‐learning development skills would be helpful.
* Training and/or dental background required.
