Job Description
* Turn complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across digital assets, including the My Optus App, website, and chatbot.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage advanced analytics and deliver recommendations that improve customer engagement and business performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Statistics).
* Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, sales, or commercial functions within a large organisation.
* Proficiency in SQL and statistical modelling, with experience in data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI).
* Strong understanding of data warehouse structures and data extraction processes.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to work through complex issues, manage competing priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.
* Demonstrated analytical skills and commercial acumen.
* Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player with attention to detail.
