Job Title: Maintenance Field Planner – 6-Month Contract (Refinery Experience Required)
Location: Pinjarra, Western Australia
Rate: $59.50 per hour | Plus Super
Roster: Monday to Friday | 8 hours per day
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Available to work over the Christmas and New Year shutdown period.

About the role
* Lead and execute the 5-week maintenance planning process
* Plan routine and ad-hoc maintenance activities for refinery operations
* Schedule resources and coordinate tasks across multiple departments
* Support maintenance budgeting and cost control processes
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives through standardized reliability processes
Your Background
* Proven experience in maintenance planning, preferably within a refinery or heavy industrial environment
* Mechanical trade background or relevant engineering qualification highly desirable
* Full Australian work rights required
* Availability to work over the Christmas and New Year shutdown period
* Strong self-motivation and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping
* Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems
