Following the success of Cibaria Manly, which opened earlier this year, Cibaria Noosa marks the next chapter in Pavoni's culinary journey - and his first venue outside of Sydney. Positioned on vibrant Hastings Street and set within the surrounds of the Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort (Karedis Noosa Pacific Pty Limited & Laundy Noosa Pacific Pty Limited), Cibaria is an elevated yet approachable expression of contemporary Italian dining, that embraces the European way of socialising, all day every day.
Drawing on Italy's rich culinary heritage and inspired by the vibrant Italian piazza, it offers everything from morning espresso and long coastal lunches to golden-hour aperitivo and relaxed dinners with friends. Job Description
We are currently recruiting for skilled and experienced Chefs to take on casual shifts at our Cibaria Noosa Restaurant located in the heart of Noosa, just steps from Noosa Main Beach.

Expected hours : 30 hours per week
Qualifications
Requirements
* Full Australian working rights
* Good communication skills, attitude, and a team player
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and/or completed relevant hospitality studies
* Ability to keep cool under pressure
* Understanding of good hygiene practices
* Positive attitude
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent grooming standards
* Passion for providing an exceptional dining experience
Preferred Requirements:
* Formal hospitality studies completed
* Food safety supervisor certificate
* Expertise with fresh pasta making
* Prior pastry experience
* Woodfire cooking experience
* Butchery experience
* Proficiency in Italian cuisine
* Venue opening experience
