The Role
As a Resort Attendant/Reception, you'll play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming, comfortable and memorable stay. This is a hands‐on position suited to someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and the outdoors.
Your day may include:
* Providing friendly and professional customer service to guests/Reception
* Housekeeping and cleaning of accommodation rooms and shared facilities
* Supporting food & beverage operations when required
* Grounds presentation and general resort upkeep
* Assisting guests with enquiries and local information
* Supporting tour and operational teams during busy periods
About You
You thrive in a remote team environment and enjoy delivering great service with a positive attitude.
You will bring:
* Previous hospitality, housekeeping or tourism experience (desirable)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* A proactive, can‐do attitude
* Ability to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
* Flexibility to assist across multiple departments
* Capacity to work in a remote location as part of a close‐knit team

This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
