Overview

Responsibilities
* Provide amazing customer service and travel advice, whether it is telling stories around a campfire, leading a hike to an awe‐inspiring view, or cooking a delicious campsite meal, creating incredible moments that our travellers will never forget.
* Ensure the safety and well‐being of your travellers, occasionally assisting in difficult situations while remaining calm and professional.
* Host, lead and execute tours according to the itinerary, fulfilling all administrative duties.
* Be passionate about travel and share that love with our customers, embodying our core values of Real, Together, Ambitious and Impactful.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a physically demanding role in a remote setting, ideally as a tour guide in Australia.
* Strong customer‐service experience and the ability to build rapport with a broad range of travellers.
* Full rights to work in Australia.
* Willing or able to obtain a Passenger Transport Driver Authorisation (or a mutually recognisable public passenger vehicle licence from elsewhere in Australia) and a Medium‐Rigid Driver's Licence, a food safety certificate and a Remote First Aid and CPR certificate prior to commencing with us.
* Experience with manual driving off sealed roads, ideally in a large vehicle, is desirable.
