Job Overview
A Field Research Photographer is a crucial professional required to support various field research efforts, aiming to build in-depth understanding of commercial real estate within a designated territory.
* Conduct extensive photography assignments by driving or walking through assigned submarkets within core territories to collect relevant imagery and updates.
* Cross-reference new leads with current data by researching sales and lease comparable data from the CoStar database.
* Collect accurate building data and contact information on properties and send them to the in-house Research team when new information becomes available.
* Possess a degree with a significant emphasis on photography.
* Demonstrate technical proficiency in digital photography and post-processing techniques using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
* Exhibit exceptional communication and organizational skills.
This role requires professionals who are highly skilled in their work, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of commercial real estate, outstanding communication skills, and a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
