About Our ClientOur client is a respected leader in the healthcare industry, delivering high-quality corporate vaccination programs and pharmacy services across Australia.
With a strong focus on operational excellence and community health, they are seeking a dedicated Team Administrator to support the smooth delivery of these vital services.About the RoleAs the Team Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the administrative backbone of corporate vaccination and pharmacy programs.
This includes:Managing administrative processes such as coupon issuance, invoicing, and payment transfers to client-branded pharmacies.Liaising with corporate flu partners to ensure timely communication and invoice collection.Supporting the Pinnacle Pharmacy Services Program and upcoming initiatives, including SiSU billing and invoicing.Coordinating training events for Pharmacy Services, including venue bookings, staff travel, and invoice payments.Providing regular reporting and general administrative support to maintain operational efficiency.This is a contract role until September 5, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful health initiatives in a dynamic team environment.About YouWe're looking for someone with full, unrestricted working rights and the following skills and attributes:Administrative Expertise: Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings, with a strong background in billing and invoicing.Organisation & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for engaging with corporate partners and internal teams.Financial Acumen: Confident in handling financial processes including invoice tracking and cost allocation.Team Collaboration: A proactive team player who supports colleagues and contributes to program success.How to ApplyIf you're a proactive and detail-oriented individual passionate about supporting health initiatives, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now or contact Harley Darmanin, Recruitment Consultant, on 2 7 for a confidential discussion.
