Our main office is in East Melbourne, with additional centres in Parkville and Pascoe Vale South.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation, coordination, and rollout of marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, social, and events.
- Manage the clinic’s social media presence, including developing engaging content that educates patients about skin health and treatments.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, patient guides, and digital assets.
- Execute digital campaigns across web, email, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Monitor campaign performance, track engagement, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Represent the clinic at community health events and industry conferences, strengthening relationships with patients and partners.
- Support new treatment launches, clinic initiatives, and ongoing promotion of our dermatology services.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and support business development.
- Coordinate and oversee external marketing and advertising contractors, including agencies, designers, and digital specialists.
- Monitor supplier effectiveness and ROI, recommending improvements or in‑house alternatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role (preferably working for a healthcare organisation).
- Solid organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
- Experience with CMS, email marketing, and social media management systems.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- A passion for healthcare marketing.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and collaborative with a positive, can‑do attitude.
