Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate House Manager to join our team at Anglicare. As a key member of our Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) service, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the ITC home and ensuring a safe, protective, and healing physical environment.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the day-to-day operations of the ITC home
* Ensure a safe, protective, and healing physical environment
* Collaborate with the Therapeutic Specialist and ITC Case Manager to facilitate young people's Care and Therapeutic Support Plans
* Enhance developmental, cultural, social, and therapeutic outcomes through various activities and experiences
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related discipline OR a diploma of community services with ongoing undergraduate studies in a related field
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Permanency Support Program (Out of Home Care)
* Demonstrated experience in culturally strengths-based practice with Aboriginal people, families, and communities
