Ideal Candidates Will Have
Professional registration as a Psychologist, Social Worker or Counsellor (PACFA or ACA level 3) with 3+ years of experience.
Proven short-term counselling expertise.
Experience managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and anger.
Prior experience providing face-to-face or telephone counselling.
Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable with IT-based case-management systems (training provided).
